Sarah started her journalism career on a daily local newspaper, where she first became interested in local government. After a stint with the Health Service Journal she joined LGC ten years ago as news editor, leading coverage of complex issues surrounding council finances, devolution, and service delivery. She became editor in 2022, in which role she oversees LGC's events portfolio and commercial projects as well as editorial output.
